We proudly accept Step Up For Students / state scholarship funds via the EMA portal. A valid credit card is required to hold your appointment, but it will not be charged if your EMA funds are reserved by the start of our session. Step-by-step instructions for reserving funds through the EMA portal will be sent in your confirmation email.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
Because we utilize the EMA portal for state scholarship funds, the billing process is unique. We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a consultation without penalty. If a session is canceled within 24 hours or results in a no-show, the personal credit card held on file will be charged a $50 fee. Once a session has been completed, we do not offer refunds.

To make the most of our time, please have any relevant academic records accessible. This might include recent transcripts, state testing scores, or a list of your current curriculum. If your student has specific learning accommodations — such as an IEP or 504 plan — having those details ready will help ensure all recommendations are perfectly tailored to their needs.
