Paying with a Step Up For Students scholarship? Choose "Reserve Without Paying" at checkout. You will not be asked for a credit card and nothing is charged. Your confirmation email includes step-by-step instructions for reserving your funds through the EMA portal, and I ask that you complete that before our session so everything is in place when we meet.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session and you will receive a full refund, processed within 24 hours of your request. I do not keep a card on file, so there is no late cancellation fee and no no-show fee. If you are paying with PEP or FES-UA scholarship funds, you are never asked to enter card information at all. Once a session has taken place and the deliverable has been provided, that service is complete, but if something has gone wrong please contact me and we will make it right.
Q: What should I bring to our meeting?
To make the most of our time, please have any relevant academic records accessible. This might include recent transcripts, state testing scores, or a list of your current curriculum. If your student has specific learning accommodations — such as an IEP or 504 plan — having those details ready will help ensure all recommendations are perfectly tailored to their needs.
