Florida ESA Navigator provides educational consulting services to Florida homeschool families, including but not limited to:

• ESA compliance guidance and account navigation
• Onboarding and orientation sessions
• Annual compliance monitoring
• Purchasing matrix reviews
• Deadline tracking and notifications
• One-on-one consulting sessions with ESA specialists

We are an independent consulting service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Step Up For Students, the Florida Department of Education, or any other government agency.

3. Eligibility

To use our services you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a parent or legal guardian of a child enrolled in or applying to Florida's ESA program
• Provide accurate and complete information when registering
• Agree to comply with all applicable Florida state laws regarding ESA usage

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Keep your password confidential and secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Payments and Billing

Fees:All service fees are clearly displayed at the time of purchase. By completing a purchase you authorize us to charge the stated amount to your selected payment method.

Refund Policy:

• Onboarding sessions: Refundable up to 48 hours before the scheduled session
• Annual packages: Refundable within 7 days of purchase if no services have been used
• Completed consultations: Non-refundable once the session has taken place

Subscription Services:If you purchase a recurring subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided for informational and guidance purposes only. Florida ESA Navigator:

• Is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice
• Is not a financial advisor and does not provide financial advice
• Cannot guarantee specific outcomes regarding ESA approvals or compliance rulings
• Does not guarantee that following our guidance will prevent audits or penalties

All information is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We strongly recommend consulting a licensed attorney or financial advisor for legal or financial matters.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Florida ESA Navigator shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of ESA funds resulting from client decisions
• Errors or omissions in information provided
• Third-party actions or decisions including those made by Step Up For Students or state agencies
• Service interruptions or technical issues

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

All content on our website including text, graphics, logos, images, and downloadable materials is the property of Florida ESA Navigator and is protected by copyright law. You may not:
